“I feel like I’m her only concern…”

Eileen is an exceptional multiple-client administrator. Our center has a fast-paced, intense environment with 25 researchers and Eileen was constantly presented with multiple demands. Yet, when I speak with her, she focuses on me and my needs as if I was her only concern. Eileen can always be counted on to organize workflow, prioritize work, and efficiently deliver my request–product or service–on time with the highest quality. With her intelligence, good humor, and superb problem solving and communication skills, you couldn’t ask for more.

“… no matter what the job, it will be done right — and right now …”

Eileen is one of the first people I ask to be on my fundraising project teams! She knows what to write, who to send it to, and how to follow up for all our PR needs. she develops relationships with the media, keeps the project leadership informed (no surprises!), suggests new, creative way to get the work out to the community, and is a pleasure to work with . I’m fully confident that easy or challenging, no matter what the job, it will be done right — and right now — with Eileen.

“…. she finds the solution!”

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eileen for more than 8 years. In that time she has formatted a wide range of documents to make them client ready, saving our organization countless hours and improving client responses to our work. Eileen also handled complex administrative tasks, such as scheduling visits with study participants and navigating complex bureaucratic processes that could have impeded our workflow. What makes Eileen a standout is her proactive attitude and creative thinking. If you give Eileen a problem, she finds the solution!

“Without you, this book would not exist!”

Unbelievable patience, unbelievable skills and talents, unbelievable resources, a great recruiter of talent, a publisher’s detective, and a wonderful friend. Without you this book would not exist!

” …herd cats …”

Eileen Behr is a very organized and self motivated individual. She has arranged very complicated meeting schedules requiring many variables with professionals whose schedules keep changing. The requirements often resemble the need to herd cats — everyone going in their own direction with their own mind set. Eileen is extremely capable in performing that task. She thinks of all the details and delegates appropriately to get the myriad number of tasks properly organized and accomplished. And all of this with a wonderful attitude. She maintains a great sense of humor through the tough times.
